Do I need to create an account to order?

When you reach the checkout you will be offered the chance to either create an account or checkout as a guest.

Tick the box to receive email updates from us and you'll be the first to hear about new products or exclusive discounts.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take card payments online or payments through your PayPal account.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes absolutely, if you have a discount code you will be asked to enter it in the checkout process. If you are having any problems using a discount code then just drop us an email on orders@busbyboots.com

Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?

Orders are dispatched from our independent warehouse at 3:00pm every weekday, if you need to amend you order in any way email us on orders@busbyboots.com or call 02081232444

Where can I track my order?

Yes you can. You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a second email when your order is dispatched, this second email will contain a link or tracking details so you can follow the whereabouts of your new Busby purchase on its way to you.

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery will take 1 to 3 working days, we do offer faster delivery options for an added cost in the shipping part of the checkout. International orders may vary but express options will also be offered in the checkout.

What are your shipping costs?

Standard UK shipping is free of charge.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we do.

International shipping rates will be calculated in the checkout depending on where you would like your order delivered to.

What is your returns or exchanges policy?

We offer free returns and exchanges within a 30 day period.

If you have any issues with the size of your purchase just let us know, exchanges are free of charge.

How can I search for specific shoes (e.g., by brand, size, color)?

All our products can be found in the dropdown menu at the top of the page devided into men's and women's sections.

There is also the search icon in the top right corner of the site where you can search for specific items.

Do you offer wide/narrow sizes?

Busby Boots are a regular to wide fit, they are designed to be comfortable whilst walking and allow you to choose a thick pair of socks if you would like.

We only offer one width size so all boots will be the same fit.

What is your sizing chart, and how can I measure my feet correctly?

Are your shoes available in half sizes?

Here at Busby we have made all efforts to ensure our sizing is true and regular. For now we do not stock half sizes so we advise ordering a size up if you are usually between sizes.

Do you offer shoes for specific activities (e.g., running, hiking, work)?

Yes.

Busby Boots are perfect for hiking, walking and other outdoor activities.

What materials are your shoes made from?

Busby Boots are made of genuine leather, a technical interlining, leather lining, rubber moulded sole and some synthetic foam insole pieces for added comfort.

Do you offer shoes made with sustainable materials?

Our leather is sourced from sustainable suppliers who have received Leather Working Group accreditation and awards for sustainability.
