Get your Busby Boots fast! All UK orders enjoy free of charge DPD Next Day shipping. We also offer a next day morning delivery which is charged at £16. We despatch all orders from our independant warehouse in Bedfordshire.

We ship orders Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 2:00pm during the week ship the same day.

Worldwide Shipping:

Explore the world in your Busby Boots! We offer various shipping options for overseas orders:

  • Airmail: £20
  • TNT Express: £45
  • Free International shipping on orders over £250

 

UK Returns:

Busby Boots can be returned at any time within 30 days of purchase. As long as the shoes are unworn and in their original condition, you'll receive a full refund for the shoe price. Unfortunately, we cannot refund additional shipping costs. However, if you'd like a prepaid Royal Mail drop-off label for your convenience, please email us at [email address] and we'll be happy to send one your way. Finding the perfect fit is important, so we're happy to send you a different size until you get it right!

International Returns:

For international returns, shipping costs are non-refundable. However, you can still return your shoes within 30 days of receiving them. We're happy to send you exchange shoes or process a refund for your order. To arrange an exchange, please email us at: orders@busbyboots.com
